Diet management in Gurgaon

 CAN YOU DRINK TEA WHEN YOU'RE ON A DIET?

🍵☕ The simple answer is YES. But not a lot. Limit it.
1-2 small cups a day, with relatively less sugar, is okay.
So what is tea?
Cinnamon)and sugar. 🥛💦🍃🌰
Water tea leaves and herbs are good for you and won't hamper your diet.
Milk is just for the taste won't disturb your diet again.
Sugar in small quantities isn't really going to harm you.
If you have diabetes, or pre diabetes, I'd avoid it.
(If you're too concsious then you can even add Jaggery, Honey Best option Stevia)
The WORST part about this Tea is
Munching that come along with its 🍞🥐🥪🍿🍘🧆
Like chips, sev, BISCUITS*, bhujia, fried peanuts, etc.

.
That is really bad.
Biscuits and packaged snacky items are easily over consumed and packed with a lot of "not so healthy" foods...
.
And not to mention... Are the biggest diet killers.
And probably has atleast 50% contribution in making you FAT.
